“It’s a tasty and healthy way to slide into Mondays, a day our customers have been asking us to open,” says cardiologist Joel Kahn M.D., who co-owns GreenSpace Café and Royal Oak’s new GreenSpace & Go with his wife Karen and son Daniel.

“We’re also rolling out new menu items at GreenSpace, along with specials every day of the week.”

Recent dinner menu additions and specials have included Stuffed Shells with Barbeque Smoked Cashew Cheese, Bend & Snap Pea Salad, Al Pastor Cubano Sandwich, Tuscan Olive Tapenade Toast and Fire-Roasted Gazpacho, to name a few. Added to the weekend brunch menu is a kids’ menu, featuring smaller portions of Fingerling Potato Hash, Purple Jacks, Country Biscuits and Gravy and other popular items.

Both GreenSpace Café and the quick-serve GreenSpace & Go use plant-based ingredients that are sourced as wholly, sustainably and organically as possible and contain no GMOs or preservatives. Allergy-friendly gluten-, soy- and nut-free options are available, as are oil-free and children’s items.
