ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 4th Detroit-area business owners and farmers will gather to discuss the mounting costs of tariffs and the trade war. Exclusively at the event, which  will be hosted by Tariffs Hurt the Heartland, the nationwide bipartisan campaign supported by America’s leading farming and business groups, new data on the impact of the trade war on Michigan will be released. The data will show how tariffs on both imports to Michigan and Michigan exports – including autos – are slowing economic growth. China is the second largest U.S. auto export market.
