The new M. Lawrence sparkler from L. Mawby, “Detroit”, is a blend of equal parts riesling, traminette, and cayuga tank fermented in a cuve close system, and finished with a demi sec dosage of 4% sugar.

With great aromas of ripe fruit, balancing acidty, full flavors and a sweet finish this fruity, flavorful sweety can be enjoyed on it’s own, or with a variety of foods.
