Black-Tie Dinner at 1700° Steakhouse
El Paso’s most exquisite steakhouse is celebrating New Year’s Eve with a luxurious one-time-seating dinner event. This black tie, seven-course tasting menu celebration includes champagne specials. The experience begins with wild mushroom velouté and moves on to cover the genres of salmon, egg, melon, halibut, beef tenderloin, and Mexican hot chocolate prepared in the most delectable of ways.

1920’s-Themed Ball in the Pershing Ballroom
The grandest event of the evening will be the 1920’s themed ball in the historic Pershing Ballroom. This time-defying celebration will treat guests to live music from the Ryan G Band, dancing, dinner, a bottle of sparkling wine per couple, splits of sparkling wine for singles, cash bar, and magical balloon drop. Doors open at 7:30 p.m., dinner begins at 8:30 p.m., and the band kicks things into high gear at 9 p.m.
Tickets are $100 per person. Attendees are encouraged to dress in 1920’s attire.

The Dome Bar
Live music, champagne specials, a balloon drop, photo booth, and midnight toast await guests at The Dome Bar, the scenic soul of Hotel Paso del Norte where a 25-foot-wide stained glass ceiling tops of the event. Pianist Billy Pando kicks things off from 5 – 9 p.m. with crowd-pleasing favorites, followed by the Feline Fox Trio who will take us dancing into the new year.

Dipped in Gold Rooftop Party at El Mirador
Looking for a celebration with a view? This 10th-floor rooftop bar overlooks the lights of Juarez and downtown El Paso. On New Year’s Eve, it will be brimming with music, a midnight champagne toast, and balloon drop. VIP tables and bottle service are available. Group packages available. Dress in gold!

Family Friendly Fun at Sabor on New Year’s Eve
This family friendly celebration will spill out onto the restaurant’s outdoor patio where the fire pit sets the scene for a champagne toast to ring in 2022. Sabor’s full menu will be available until 11 p.m. while a special pizza station will be available until 1 a.m. Plus, Sabor will have a New Year’s Eve Brunch. The extensive menu will include Carved Pork Loin, Brisket, and Pozole; hotline favorites like chorizo mac n cheese, roasted street corn, roast vegetables, biscuits and gravy; an omelet station; taco station; continental breakfast selection of breads with jams and other toppers; charcuterie boards; a seafood bar;
